What is your Favorite Cold-Flu-Comfort Remedy?

I was feeling really confident that no Cold or Flu bug was going to catch me this year.  I was doing great, too.  Others at work were sneezing, weezing, coughing, snorting, and looking runny nosed and bleery eyed, but not me!  I was feeling GREAT!!  I take my Nutronix products regularly and my Berry Water, so nothing would catch me.

A Normal day at work, but wait a minute I am coughing?  Why am I coughing?  The room has been shut all weekend and the only things breathing in there are the plants.  However, maybe the ceiling is sendind down some sort of toxins from the water stained rings in the ceiling tiles.  I drink more silver solution.  That should fix it.

By the time it is time to leave I am feeling pretty terrible.  I have a class to coach for Mastermind Pros in 90 minutes.  I love doing that so I know I will be better fast.  Well that is not happening, but the class is always fun and the students great, so it made up for my feeling icky.

Well long story short…I did not beat this cold.  Bronchitis and a Sinus Infection.  Good Grief!

It seems everyone has some sort of favorite remedy for this condition.  I am still drinking the Silver Solution because I think I was heading for pneumonia.  I mean with a sinus infection and bronchitis what is next?  However I am sitting here ill.  No one has brought me any chicken soup.  If they did I would definitely eat it.  I am hungry.  Feed a fever, starve a cold?  I have heard that, but am not sure if it works.

So what do you do when you are feeling sick?

When I lived at the ocean we jumped in it when we were feeling ill.  Our saying was it will either cure me or kill me.  Of course the ocean was less polluted then.  Most times it worked the cure.  All that salt water running through you sinuses worked wonders.

So please post your comments for your Favorite Cold-Flu Comfort Remedy.  It is is really a good winning type comment, I will ask some friends to donate an ebook or something I can send your way.  I will find something nice that can be sent via a link.

Or if you win and you want to sign up for a Free Berry Tree membership or Nutronix membership I will send you the shipping charges you spent (good for USA only), and ten dollars if you decide to stay active and reorder products.

First, hon, I’m so sorry you’re not feeling well. Being sick is miserable, and unfortunately our medical labs didn’t do a great job this year on the flu vaccine. Everyone seems to be ailing right now, but I have some suggestions to alleviate some of the hurt.

What I like to do when I have a fever is to take a chilly bath. Not cold, not hot. Tepid. Slip out of the bath, shivering, and wrap yourself in blankets. I know that “sweating out the fever” is mostly an old wives’ tale, but for me it seems to help a bit. :)

Secondly, for sore throats, gargling salt water is crucial. If your throat is raw and sore, it’ll sting a bit, but within the hour you’ll notice a significant improvement. Follow this up with a hot cup of tea laced with honey and lemon.

Lastly, for congestion, I recommend the low-budget vaporizer: procure a large bowl filled with boiling water, add a few drops of tea tree oil, and cover your head with a towel surrounding the bowl. The steam and strong tea tree oil smell alleviates sinus pressure and aids breathing.

That’s all I know- good luck, and take care!

Your replies are like 6 identical other ones I received. They seem to be spam when everyone comments from the same website, but with different email addresses and the same IP code.
