This announcement about the product labeling just came in from Nutronix.  It seems the old packages of O2 Proformance Berry had the labeling for the Kosher authentication marked wrong, and so they have to redo the packaging.  However this does not change the wonderful products or the benefits of using it.   If you only use Kosher products that are labeled Kosher, then you can use this product.

Attention Berry Tree Members: 
It has come to our attention that we have been using an unauthorized kosher symbol on the back of the O2 Berry flavored Coral Calcium package.  The symbol we have printed in error is trademarked by the OK Kosher Certification under the direction of Rabbi Don Yoel Levy.  The Berry Tree did not intentionally use the Circle-K trademark and regrets any misrepresentation or confusion this error may have caused.  Effective immediately we are changing the O2 packaging.  The Circle-K trademark will be replaced with the traditional kosher symbol K.   The O2 Berry flavored coral calcium is certified kosher in Japan by Rabbi Henri Noach who is not affiliated with the OK Kosher Certification.  Once again, our apologies to OK Kosher Certification and the Berry Tree customers for our error in this matter.

Ok well maybe it is time to have some just for fun stuff on this blog.  Business is great!
